Solid Tumor Fusion/Expression Profile™ is designed to identify clinically relevant gene fusions and expression changes in solid tumors, supporting tumor classification, biomarker assessment, and molecular interpretation in selected clinical scenarios.
Solid Tumor Fusion/Expression Profile™ is an RNA-based assay focused on the detection of clinically relevant translocations and cancer-associated gene expression changes in solid tumors. The test is designed to identify translocations involving more than 60 genes, including ALK, ROS1, RET, NTRK1, NTRK2, NTRK3, BRAF, CIC, EWSR1, and PD-L1, among others.
It also supports sarcoma screening, diagnosis, and classification through fusion detection and reports expression of clinically relevant genes such as MYC and PD-L1, helping provide additional molecular context in selected cases.
Solid Tumor Fusion/Expression Profile™ provides targeted RNA analysis for the evaluation of clinically relevant gene fusions and expression markers in solid tumors. With a turnaround time of 7–10 days, it can support tumor classification, sarcoma workup, and biomarker assessment when fusion and expression-focused information is specifically needed.
