Explanation of Charges: Each bill will include a detailed breakdown of the services provided, including the type of tests performed, the date of service, and the cost for each test.
Insurance Information: Any payments or adjustments made by your insurance company will be clearly listed.
Patient Responsibility: This section outlines the portion of the bill you are responsible for, including any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.

We offer several convenient ways to pay your bill:

Pay by phone: We use our secure online payment system to pay your bill using a credit or debit card.
By Mail: Send a check or money order to the address provided on your bill.
Payment Plans: If you are unable to pay your bill in full, we offer flexible payment plans. Please contact our billing office to discuss your options.

We do our best to bill all insurance on behalf of the patients, but payment isn’t always guaranteed.

Why did my insurance only cover part of the bill?
Insurance coverage varies by plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider for details about your coverage and any reasons for partial payment.
